Return & Refund Policy

Because all products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• buyer’s remorse
  
  

• incorrect measurements selected at checkout
  
  

• color or style preferences
  
  

• installation issues
  
  

• ordering the wrong size or quantity
  
  

Eligible Refunds / Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

• the item arrives with a printing defect, or
  
  

• the item delivered is the wrong size or design due to our error
  
  

To request a replacement or refund, customers must:

1. Email support@beyondimgvis.com within 7 days of delivery
   
   

2. Include:
   
   

   • order number
     
     

   • clear photos showing the defect or incorrect size/design
     
     

   • photos of the product before installation
     
     

Requests submitted without photos will not be reviewed.

Non-Eligible Claims

We cannot accept claims if:

• the product has been installed or altered
  
  

• damage occurred during installation
  
  

• photos are not provided
  
  

• the request is made after 7 days
  
  

• the error was due to incorrect information provided at checkout
  
  

Resolution

If a claim is approved, we will:

• replace the item at no cost or
  
  

• issue a refund for the affected item only
  
  

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
